Types of free weights

Free weights mainly constitute elements with a certain weight, which can vary from a few to several dozen kilograms. Free weights include: bumpers, Olympic plates, dumbbells and barbells. Free weights also include grips for a multigym or exercise bars, e.g. Olympic bars, curl bars or tricep bars.
